齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞10月4日訊 最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)三文魚(yú)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)今年快速崛起，不僅超越巴西和西班牙躍居全球第六，更以驚人增速成為全球增長(zhǎng)最快的三文魚(yú)消費(fèi)國(guó)。提起三文魚(yú)產(chǎn)地，大家最先想到的是挪威、日本等國(guó)家。面對(duì)如此大的市場(chǎng)，有沒(méi)有可能在中國(guó)海域飼養(yǎng)三文魚(yú)呢？山東用十年時(shí)間，創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)養(yǎng)殖奇跡——讓這種典型的高緯度冷水魚(yú)類，成功適應(yīng)北緯37°的溫帶海域，并在山東半島規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖。
